Do you require a minimum number for booking?

You must have six in your party. If possible, we will try to add smaller groups together in order to make a minimum of six.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a $100 deposit per bus (via credit card) which holds your bus(s), and will be applied to the balance due.  Each bus can accommodate 13-14 guests.

If booking more than one bus, we will require the tour be paid for 30 days prior to your tour.
If you book a second bus (if more than 14 in your party), a minimum of six guest must be paid for on that second bus. That would require a total of 20 guests be paid for to reserve two buses. 

What time is pick up and drop off?

Pick up and drop off times will vary depending on the tour. Your driver will arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your tour. 

What does the price include?

Your tour guide/driver, transportation (local), tour, and souvenir wine glass are included. The only thing not included in the fee is your tasting fee and gratuity for your tour guide/driver.   ​

Is there a minimum age to be a guest on a tour?

 You must be 21 years of age to take a wine tour with us.  Exceptions apply for other tours.

If I need to cancel, can I get a refund?

A non-refundable 10% processing fee applies to each tour.
If your reservation is cancelled fourteen (14) days or more prior to your scheduled tour, the balance of your fees (minus the 10% processing fee per tour) will be refunded.
Your B&BT event can be rescheduled if done fourteen (14) days or more prior to your tour date, and your entire payment (including 10% processing fee) can be applied to another B&BT event within three (3) months of the original tour date (all fees are non-refundable once a tour is rescheduled).
