There is a minimum of 4 guests. If you have a party less than 4, please do not be discouraged. We do our best to add smaller groups together in order to give you the best rate possible. Please call us at 440-488-6250 to discuss tour options.

Yes!  We do not limit fun to one season. Please consider booking us for any time or occasion. 

Of course! If you have a driver you would like, please mention their name at booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We require a $100 deposit per bus (via credit card) which holds your bus(s), and will be applied to the balance due. Each bus can accommodate 13-14 guests.

If booking more than one bus, we will require the tour be paid for 30 days prior to your tour.
If you book a second bus (if more than 14 in your party), a minimum of four guest must be paid for on that second bus. That would require a total of 20 guests be paid for to reserve two buses. 

We love working with our guests to make them a customized tour that will meet their needs! However, because we are a tour company, we are required to make reservations at each stop and therefore we cannot make any changes to the itinerary after reservations are made. We apologize for the inconvenience and we greatly appreciate your understanding!

Pick up and drop off times will vary depending on the tour. Your driver will arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your tour. 

Your tour guide/driver, transportation (local), tour, and souvenir wine glass are included. The only thing not included in the fee is your tasting fee and gratuity for your tour guide/driver.   ​

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

Any payment to Barrels and Bridges, LLC ("B&BT") constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to booking. 

Booking Policy 

B&BT dates are reserved when the deposit is paid in full by phone. All last minute reservations booked within seven (7) days or sooner of the tour date must be paid in full with no refunds or rescheduling allowed. 

• Once your guest count has been verified, changes to the itinerary cannot be made as reservations will be placed on behalf of your group. 

Cancellation Policy

B&BT understands that in certain circumstances, your tour will need to be canceled or postponed. Because transportation, and other elements of your B&BT event have to be coordinated in advance, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

     Reservation Cancellation Policy 

• A non-refundable $20 processing fee applies. 
• If your reservation is canceled fourteen (14) days or more prior to your scheduled tour, the balance of your deposit (minus the $20 processing fee) will be refunded. 
• Your B&BT event can be rescheduled if done fourteen (14) days or more prior to your tour date, and your entire deposit can be applied to another B&BT event (Reservation Cancellation Policy applies to new tour date also). 

      Changes to Guest Count

• The number of guests will be verified and confirmed in the week leading up to your tour.
• If the amount of guests decrease after the count has been confirmed, you will not receive a refund for anyone not able to make the tour.
• If the amount of guests increase after the count has been confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

All last minute bookings made within seven (7) days or sooner of the tour date shall not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. B&BT shall strictly adhere to the foregoing cancellation policy to protect its ability to run tours and maintain its pricing structure. No exceptions to the cancellation policy shall be granted. 

Waiver and Release 

All individuals must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement prior to participating in any B&BT Tour. 

Tour Requirements 

All individuals participating in a B&BT event shall adhere to the following requirements: 

• Responsible drinking and appropriate behavior. 
• Participants whose goal is to become intoxicated should not sign up for this tour. 
• No smoking or vaping in tour vehicles. 
• No animals. 

Privacy Policy 

B&BT respects your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential. B&BT will never give out any information to third-parties, unless required by law or court order. B&BT strives to ensure that your personal information will always be safeguarded through the most modern technology.

B&BT retains all rights, title, interest, including any applicable rights of trademark and copyright associated with this website including: all rights, title and interest in all data and information furnished hereunder, symbols, identifiers, formats, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, URL's, designs, devices, or proprietary products owned by B&BT. All other trademarks or copyrighted material not owned by B&BT that appear on this website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by B&BT.

Reservation of Rights

B&BT reserves the right to cancel any tour due to acts of nature, road conditions, and unforeseen circumstances that would hinder the ability to conduct a tour. If B&BT is unable to rebook you on another favorable date, you will receive a full refund, which will constitute a full settlement of the cancellation. 

B&BT shall not be responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, overnight accommodations, sickness, and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.

You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this site and the internet generally. This site is provided by B&BT on an "as-is" basis. B&BT makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, or material included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law B&BT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, and freedom from errors, viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.

Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, B&BT, from and against any suits, claims (actual or threatened), actions, losses (for bodily injury, death, property damage, loss of services or otherwise), damages and expenses including, but not limited to legal fees (including those incurred to enforce the right to defense and indemnity hereunder), arising out of your use of this site, your breach of any of the terms, covenants or conditions of these Terms and Conditions, or other claims against B&BT arising from these Terms and Conditions.

Choice of Laws/Jurisdictions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. Any claims or disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be venues in the Federal or state court of Ashtabula County, Ohio. You hereby waive any claim that you are not subject personally to the jurisdiction of said courts of that such suit or other proceeding is brought in an inconvenient forum.

B&BT reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the then current Terms and Conditions.
